The Seasons
Just for fun, I'd thought I'd share these two pictures taken from the front of my house.

This was taken in June.  See the tall birdbath and pretty flowers.

And now the same view taken a few days ago.  The circled blob is the same birdbath, this time buried under three feet of snow.

What a difference six months can make!  LOL!  I'm dreaming of my flowers again now and longing to see them again.  LOL!

*nods* :-)

that's quite a lot of snow...here nearly all snow has melted because we got some foehn-winds this weekend...but it's still too cold for me like...I am ready for spring already *lol* but I guess for that or rather for warmer temperatures I have to wait at least another 4 months *sighs*

It finally warmed up a bit this week for us (And by warm, I mean 20's and 30's Fahrenheit) so a lot of the snow melted already. So now only about half the birdbath is buried. It's still a good foot deep though. UGH! Can't wait for spring already either and it's only Jan! *sob* LOL!

Wow, that's LOTS of snow. We have no snow just rain and a few days of cold, so I still have pansies.

Thanks for sharing this.

AH! I am so jealous that you have pansies in the middle of Jan. I so need to move. :)
